How to protect hair from blow dryer damage + DIY a reverse French braid bun

Unfortunately (and this likely isn’t a newsflash!), heat styling with a blow dryer can lead to some serious damage to your luscious locks, dehydrating your strands and damaging the hair shaft, leading to breakage, flyaways, dullness and frizz.

How To DIY A Reverse French Braid Bun
1. Wash and Condition hair with Pantene Pro-V Heat Shield Shampoo and Conditioner
2. Apply Pantene Pro-V Heat Shield Potion Serum to towel-dried damp hair and comb through hair so product is distributed evenly.
3. Use a large paddle brush to blow dry hair straight, focusing on roots first, then down to the ends.
4. Tilt your head down and flip hair completely over towards your face. Separate a 3-4 inch wide section of the hair starting right at the neck – all hair coming from an even row of hair. (The thinness of this section won’t indicate the size of the braid as you will be gradually increasing the size.)
5. Separate this row of hair into three evenly sized sections. Begin braiding, incorporating more hair into each section as your cross it over the other. The smaller the group of new hair your incorporate, the more intricate the braid will look. Continue to braid until you reach the place you want your bun to begin.
6. Gather all hair and twist into a bun at the top and pin with bobby pins. For hair that lacks volume, use a foam donut and twist sections before pinning to give a little movement.

So long boring buns and been-there braids, it’s time you join forces and take hair from typical to transcendental.
Still worried about damage? Take note from Kim and “use a nozzle and blow dry hair in sections while moving the blow dryer throughout the hair until it is dry” so as not to apply too much heat to the same area for extended periods of time.

Check the chicken if it is cook by using fork and pokng it to see if it is soft enogh.
Add some garnish put under the grill until a little bit brown for about 3 minutes.

Cody, 25, still hasn't come to terms with the passing of the actor, who died in a car crash in November, and he believes it will take him a long time to get used to it.
Speaking to the Associated Press, he said: 'Right now, a whole lot of time has not gone by yet. It still doesn't feel real, because sometimes, working in this industry, making films, he'd be away from his family three, four, six months at a time, you know. And my only interaction would be a phone call. So, I know it's going to take a while.'

However, Cody is seeking comfort in remembering Paul's legacy after he recently became brand manager of Reach Out WorldWide (ROWW), which is a non-profit disaster-relief organisation, founded by the late star in 2010.
Fighting back the tears, he said: 'He was just so low-key. He just lived such a modest life.'
He added: 'He would tell me how jealous of me he was because I still had my anonymity. And he's like, 'I can't just go to the movies. I can't catch the films I want to see. You've still got that, man.' And here he is, talking. It was just so funny to hear that come from him.'
Meanwhile, Cody and his brother Caleb have signed on to help finish Paul's final movie 'Fast Furious 7' as the late actor was half-way through shooting when he died.

Paul William Walker IV in his full real name was born on September 12, 1973, in Glendale California. He began acting when he was very young, appearing in many TV commercials. In 1987, he played Prof. Bennet in Monster in the Closet (1986). He then starred in the television series, Throb(1986). He also made guest appearances on several television shows including Charles in Charge (1984),Highway to Heaven (1984),Who's the Boss? (1984) and Diff'rent Strokes(1978). He also had a role in the soap opera The Young and the Restless (1973).

In 1987, he was cast in Programmed to Kill (1987) as the character Jason, and since then he had appeared in a steady stream of movies. He also majored in Marine Biology at a California community college.
On November 30, 2013, at approximately 3:30 p.m. he died fairly quick from the trauma and was not alive when the car starting burning. It's already sad to think that he initially didn't die and suffered at all after the impact.
It does look like that, although there was an interview with one of the friends who was at the scene with a fire extinguisher and he said he saw him in the car, and even though they tried they couldn't even get the seatbelt off of him. I hope it means he was knocked unconscious in his seat the whole time before he died.
I think it's very respectful of the studio to take into account the wishes of the family as far as how they proceed with story and the footage they have. It gives me confidence that they will handle this in the right way.

The eldest of four children to contractor Paul William Walker III and former fashion model Cheryl Walker, Paul grew up together with his brothers, Caleb, Cody and sister, Ashlie.
